I came across your website by way of searching for casserole or hot dish recipes. Here in MN, we call them hot dishes, the term is used loosely.
I run the local chamber of commerce and annually we have a fundraiser for the local community that entails a murder mystery play that I adjust to fit to our community. This year it’s called “Death by Hotdish”. We do a silent auction to raise money for our H.S. scholarships and community funds. So, I’ve been asking the community for interesting and best loved hot dishes to put into a local recipe book. Would you have something that you would contribute? Just thought I’d take a chance here.
