Thanks very much for that. I was looking for a filling stew recipe to get me through the winter months, and this looks perfect. I found a whole stew recipes site here too that seems to have loads of good stuff, maybe your readers can get some more inspiration there. Hi. I just came across your blog today and love it. My husband and I live in Greenpoint. We’re on Withers near Humbolt. I’d love to test your casseroles. When I was a kid, my mom and her 5 friends had a casserole trade where each night, one of the women would make 5 casseroles and deliver them. That way, they only had to cook one night a week, and it was super fun. Send me an email with cost info.
