One of the great things about publishing a book is that you become an expert of sorts and I, of course, am happy to serve as the authority on casseroles. So when The Daily Beast asked me to write an article on the casserole as the perfect recession food, I was more than happy to oblige.
Read it here.

I have no idea how I found this blog…some long winding road through twitter, wordpress and an enchanted forest. But I am so glad I did! Awesome stuff here.
Unfortunately, I am so furious now because I see that you are a friend of Crafternoon Maura! If I had only gone to that Thanksgiving Crafternoon, I could have sampled some of your comfy casserole…CURSES!
Anyway, great stuff.

Great article. I just found your website via 52 Projects. Your book sounds really interesting! I’ll have to be on the look out for it!

Great work! I also have my own blog I just find it hard to write quality content like this.
I guess I really don’t have the time.
