I know I have a pot roast recipe in my book and it’s easy and blah, blah, blah. But I have to admit, this pot roast I made yesterday, well, it’s just… better. The recipe is over at KCFreePress.com, where I’m now editing the food page.

I made the Capirotada on page 20 and it was very dry. Is it possible that there should be another liquid in the recipie? We enjoyed it but the bread was like dried bread cubes.

Mary, mine has never been dry. But, like I said in the intro, every oven is different so the cooking times may vary. Maybe try cooking it for less time?
